A North Indian favorite.  Saute spinach cooked with Saute spices and Paneer (Indian Cheese)

 

●Naan (V)

A thick yet soft, leavened bread baked in the Tandoor.  A North Indian regional favorite.

 

●Pudina Chutney (VG)

A fragrant fresh cilantro and mint sauce.

 

●Aloo Gobi (VG)

Fragrant cauliflower and potato prepared with turmeric, herbs and spices.
